Return Shipping Costs

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Voltique Hub facilitates returns within our return period, but product warranties are provided by the original manufacturers. For warranty claims beyond our 14-day return period, please contact the manufacturer directly.
